We are looking for eager and vibrant Claims Assessors to join our individual insurance claims team in our Sydney office. As part of this team you will observe the shared passion for delivery of service, display of empathy with our clients and belief in that what we do truly matters. You will work amongst a group of highly skilled Claims Assessors and you will have the opportunity to manage the end to end process of Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection claims, have involvement in special projects and be a part of our process improvements. You will be expected to impart your knowledge and skills in a rewarding and fun environment.

To succeed in this role you will:
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
- Have sound knowledge and have worked in the life insurance, superannuation and financial services industry
- Have extensive experience in Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection claims management
- Have strong administration and communication skills
