This pivotal position is responsible for ensuring a superior and efficient level of customer and transaction service is provided to all customers. You will build a positive relationship with ANZ customers by ensuring an easy banking experience, coupled with the provision of exceptional service. As an integral member of the team, you will also actively contribute to the achievement of branch targets by the identification and referral of sales leads.
As an enthusiastic customer service professional, your previous experience will ideally be in customer service and sales environments, such as retail or hospitality. Furthermore, you possess superior communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in relation to the achievement of targets and set KPI's, in a team-based environment will also be highly regarded.
