Post Title: NSLA Program Coordinator

Job Region: VIC

Salary: VPSG 5.1 ($76,424 salary circa + super)

About the Role:

• The NSLA Program Coordinator supports the NSLA collaborative projects and working groups - negotiating and providing advice; managing and improving project systems and tools; linking, tracking and monitoring outcomes; and contributing to strategic planning on a wide range of issues and challenges for libraries.
• The NSLA Program Coordinator works in a small team with a high degree of independence - requiring professionalism; sound judgement; high level negotiation, writing and communication skills; project management; and considerable experience of the library or cultural sector in Australia or New Zealand.
• This position reports to the NSLA Executive Officer and works closely with the NSLA Web Coordinator.
• Travel in Australia and New Zealand may be required.
