As Senior Personal Banker you will provide excellent customer service, contributing to the achievement of branch targets for sales and referral activity and be responsible for the management of a dynamic sales team for sales coaching and performance management.
The successful incumbent will also have the ability to actively sell the bank's full range of transactional and Home/Investment loan products and services along with joining existing consultants interactions to offer assistance and close on referrals.
This exciting role requires a logical thinker with demonstrated sales experience, strong communication skills, and assist customers by offering all aspects of ANZ's product line.
