Job Title: Community Liason Officer

Design & Build seeks expressions of interest for a Community Liaison Officer. This role will see the successful person responsible for carrying out community and stake holder relations working alongside a team of construction project managers to deliver a range of projects across Sydney.

The main remit of this role will see the person working with the community gathering stakeholder intelligence to provide relevant information to all parties concerned. You will be expected to guide the projects and help implement plans to ensure scopes comes in on time and budget.

In order to apply you will:

• Hold experience in a communications or community relation role
• Be able to work closely with a project team to develop a capital works program
• Be able to manage multiple and overarching stakeholders
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to take concise and accurate notes
• Be a very confident communicator being able to present information working part of a team
• Hold a current NSW drivers license
• Territory qualification in a communication or related construction discipline

This is a position that could work on an 18month contract basis or for the right person could be a permanent role.
