2 to 3 month fixed term contracts for HR administrators
Stunning Circular Quay offices

At AMP, we are currently going through an exciting period of business transformation with numerous projects being implemented across the group. To support with this we are seeking contract HR administrators to join our HR solutions and support centre for 2 to 3 month fixed term contracts.

Primarily you will be providing effective operational support services to the wider HR business across a broad range of transactional processes. Working to tight project timeframes and desired deliverables, these roles will include but not be limited to:-
  • Supporting with recruitment documentation such as preparing & distributing offer letters & employment contracts.
  • Setting up new starters and instigating exiting process on AMP systems
  • Updating AMP systems including recruitment systems (Page Up)
  • Consulting internal stakeholders on Employee benefits
  • Administrating employee benefits and referral bonuses
  • Providing with Ad-hoc administrative support for HR initiatives
  • Taking and responding to payroll queries
These roles could be ideal for a strong administrator with a genuine interest to work in HR or HR graduates looking to further enhance their existing work experience. You could be an experienced HR administrator looking for your next contract role and excited about being part of our business transformation.

As an ideal candidate, you will be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality, an ability to handle high volumes and work effectively under pressure. Naturally, you will be computer literate with intermediate word & excel skills.
