Position: Training Project Officer

We are currently seeking to appoint a Training Specialist to primarily assist with design and implementation of a Learning Management System.
This 6 month contract position is for 15.2 hours per week preferably worked over 2 days however consideration would be given to some flexibility with hours.
The Role:
Requirements of the role will be to;
- Assist with design and implementation of a Learning Management System.
- Provide support to the L&D Consultant as and when required; and
- Assist with training and development enquiries from staff.
Skills / Attributes:
- Ideal candidates should possess;
- Knowledge of, and experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Relevant qualifications in Training and Development or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant business experience.
- Excellent communication skills in liaising both internally and externally - including written, oral and interpersonal.
- Ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Advanced computer skills
A package of up to $65K p.a. (pro rata) will be offered to the successful applicant.
