Position: Training Project Officer
Contract: Part Time - 6 Month Contract

We are currently seeking to appoint a Training Specialist to primarily assist with design and implementation of a Learning Management System.

This 6 month contract position is for 15.2 hours per week preferably worked over 2 days however consideration would be given to some flexibility with hours.

The Role:
Requirements of the role will be to;
  • Assist with design and implementation of a Learning Management System.
  • Provide support to the L&D Consultant as and when required; and
  • Assist with training and development enquiries from staff.
Skills / Attributes:
  • Ideal candidates should possess;
  • Knowledge of, and experience with Learning Management Systems.
  • Relevant qualifications in Training and Development or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant business experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in liaising both internally and externally - including written, oral and interpersonal.
  • Ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Advanced computer skills
A package of up to $65K p.a. (pro rata) will be offered to the successful applicant.
