Our client is a major player in Melbourne's Utilities Services Industry. Based in a convenient East Melbourne location, this is a varied and interesting role which will be challenging and stimulating for the right candidate.

The main responsibilities of the Client Liaison Officer will focus on relaying information accurately & efficiently to internal, external customers/clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality customer service within a timely manner.

Other duties will include:
  • Handle inbound customer enquiry calls & emails
  • Log contact information on company database
  • Prioritise matters and handle issues appropriately
  • Liaising with clients to ensure relevant information is passed on in a clear and precise manner.
  • Assist with Administrative duties
  • Circulate & maintain community bulletins
  • Achieve specified performance goals
  • Provide support to other business groups with the organisation
  • Follow up on outstanding complaints
The successful candidate will be highly organised with exceptional time management skills and have excellent communication capabilities both written and verbal in order to liaise with all levels of the business. In addition you will have at least an intermediate working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
